We loved our stay, the hotel has loads of character, a very layed back and comfortable atmosphere and the most spectacular views you can imagine - we will definitely be coming back - we strongly recommend Bel Soggorno and I would be gratful if you could pass on our praise to the staff.

This hotel is inconvenient to taormina.
Even with a car, the town was virtually
inaccessible due to lack of parking availability in the town itself. Walking
on the narrow road was impossible.
There is no shuttle offered by this hotel,
and we were very frustrated by this
situation.
The property is beautiful and well-managed,
but we felt like prisoners.

The place was everything we wanted with one exception. We were a party of 6 with a passenger van and parking was very difficult but the staff helped us as much as they could - since they are on a hill and were booked with most quests having cars - such a large vehicle would not be something I would recommend.

Beautiful gardens - view of the sea- balcony of our rooms with tables and chairs for relaxing in the evening. They should have a resturant or at least a bar for late afternoon coffee or drink.The desk person will make a coffee or drink but with as large group we tried not to take advantage of the staff. Breakfast served in the outdoors or indoors very nice.

Excellent hotel. Would certainly recommend it, except during summer, when absence of a swimming pool would be a distinct disadvantage
