  All accommodations, Check In from 12.30pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per person.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, a breakfast buffet is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 5 floors including ground floor and we do have a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There are quiet and calm rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not have.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Most of rooms with lakeview do have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Satellite Tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a direct dial telelephone in the rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, but only in some rooms.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do have.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is and it is open from 7am to 7 pm.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, either: a little free parking outside the hotel or a cover and closed garage.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the reception.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are stores and 2 supermarkets.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Menaggio is a little town, but Como is a bigger town (30 Km distance).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Malpensa airport (75 km distance).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can arrange it on request.

  Menaggio (100 meters distance).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Como, 30 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry they are not welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, outside restaurant and "The Veranda".
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
