The step to climb to go to the hotel are not so bad. Parking right at bottom of the step.

The view from our room was not at all like the picture on the website! Otherwise it was an excellent room and stay.

The front door cannot be accessed by taxi, but only by climbing some 30m up a steep slope.
Rooms on the first floor have only a partial lake view.

A recently refurbished mid range hotel - clean and good facilities. Very well situated in the middle of Bellagio.

Clean, modern hotel in the heart of Bellagio. Modern conveniences, but small room. A good value. Parking not immediately available so must walk up 40 steps to get to hotel reception.

I needed information on where to find a medical centre nearby. A taxi was booked and the driver told exactly where to take me. Appointments were made by the reception staff and I was in the medical centre within an hour of my arrival. Excellent service.

We were promised a room with a view of the lake - but the view that we got exceeded our expectations. Breakfaast was also exceptional. I would most certainly recommend the hotel to friends and colleagues.

The rooms and the views of the lake from the room were better than expected. I requested a balcony with a view and the view was exceptional.

Diego was very helpful in securing a taxi for us in Como for our return trip to the airport in Milan. We took the early morning hydrofoil from Bellagio to Como which was also very beautiful as the sun rose over the mountains.

Delightful place to stay, near shopping and restaurants but quiet for sleeping. Great views of mountains and Lake Como.

Very nice rooms, friendly staff, great views, close to stores and restaurants, easy walking to various historical sites as the Basilica San Giacomo, would recommend to anyone.

The reception was pleasant and the employees were very friendly and willing to help us. The only thing that could have made our arrival more pleasant would have been to have an easier way to get to the hotel. The steps were clearly listed on the website, so we were prepared for the climb.

The only complaint I have is that the stay wasn't long enough. The rooms were nice and the view spectacular!!

We were very fortunate to have picked the Bellagio Hotel, as we did not have a personal recommendation to go by. The view from our terraces was worth every one of the 38 steps to get to the hotel entrance and the staff was very willing to assist us with our luggage. I would definitely recommend this hotel!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The management was very helpful. Although the rooms are compact, they were beautiful with wonderful views, cosy and clean. A delightful breakfast was servied with excellent coffee.We would recommend this hotel as a place to stay.

The Hotel has advise dus in advance of the need to walk up a number of steps to access the hotel. This is important to know, especially for older people.

The hotel has been transformed since it was the hotel Roma, but it is bland and characterless and is very over-priced. For less thaa the 145€ we paid we could have stayed in bigger and better hotels locally.

Overall we were extremely happy with the hotel. The hotel facilities are excellent and the room was absolutely spotless. Whilst there was no one there when we arrived to check in we understand that reception had gone out for a short time.When we checked out we had to leave early and the breakfast staff served us breakfast even though they were not open. Overall a beautiful hotel.

Hotel Bellagio is an extremely clean modern Hotel located in a central point in Bellagio. For European standards the rooms are very spacious as is the bathroom. Overall an excellent hotel and would definately stay again.

The only negative I would have is that they
need better morning coffee! Their coffee was
really dreadful and too weak! This is
admittedly a VERY small complaint. I would
recommend this hotel to anyone and did
during our stay in Bellagio.

Very good value especially given we were told no 'lake view' rooms were available and upon arrival we had a fantastic lake view. We extended our stay an additional nights and were able to stay in our lake view room notwithstanding the hotel was at capacity.
A hotel which surprises on the upside is a rare commodity nowadays.

Good location but very difficult to get to from Bergamo Airport 2 and a half hours by car and the road from Como to Bellagio is very narrow & difficult in places.
