• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, you can not, only on departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 5 floors and we do have a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are private and quiet rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some of them do have.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some of them do have.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not have.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is in our Sporting Club, 1 km from the hotel.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, it is not available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Como or in Lecco or at the airport.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The hotel is in the centre of Bellagio.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Milano Malpensa or Linate and Bergamo.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do have on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Bellagio.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Como or Lecco.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  There is a small gym at the hotel and a Turkish bath at the Sporting Club.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  There is a restaurant at our sister hotel du Lac.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
