  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    Rooms Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am;
    Apartment Il Mulino, Check In from 10am until 4pm, Check Out before 7am;
    Apartment Il Molo, Check In from 4pm until 7pm, Check Out before 10am.
    Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    Price is per room/apartment.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Buffet Breakfast is included in the room price, but not in the apartments.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, if you prefer.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    We have a multilingual staff.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    The hotel has 3 floors, the Apt. Il Molo has 3 floors and no elevator and the Apt. Il Mulino just one floor.

  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Yes, all the rooms are quiet, private and romantic.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    Only Apt. Il Mulino
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Some of the rooms have a balcony. The Apt. Il Mulino has a balcony and the Apt. Il Molo has a little balcony in the kitchen.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes, we have some non smoking rooms.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Yes, satellite TV.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes, but only in the rooms.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    No.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Yes, we have but only in the hotel.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, there is not.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Parking is available.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    In Como and in Bellagio (for Apt. Il Molo)
  • Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
    Yes, there are many grocery stores and supermarkets in the surrondings.
  • Which is the nearest village or town?
    Bellagio, Nesso, Como and Lecco.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Lugano in Swizzerland or Milano Malpensa.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    Just 20 mt from the hotel.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Como.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No.
  • Are pets welcome?
    On request (only in Hotel).
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    Yes, there is in the hotel.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    No.
