Meals are served on the romantic terrace, directly on the lakeside. The Menu includes: typical dishes of fresh lake fish, typical Italian dishes with homemade pasta, and a full list of pizzas made in a traditional wood fired oven. In addition to excellent open wines, there is also a full Italian wine list. |
 Solarium
A private solarium directly on the lake with: beach beds, umbrellas, showers and a private landing stage for motorboats, are all available to guests.
Sports activities
Water skiing at all levels of proficiency (slalom, bare-foot, figures, skiboard), kayaks and mountain bikes. Upon request tennis courts and motorboats can be rented.
Garage and free of charge private parking. A full buffet breakfast is served in the dining room overlooking the lake. |
 Apartment Mulino
This appartment offers an elegant and well furnished self catering accommodation, perfectly located in a quiet and calm position on the lake. The apartment offers a parking close to the house, plus an other only 5 minute walking away. A quite spacious garden is at guests disposal, where you will find all you need to cook your fresh meat. During hot season it is well equipped with tables and chairs. The owners will be delighted to help you suggesting the best excursions of the area. They have also hotel Aurora, only few km from the house (apporximately 15 minutes by car). For that reason you will have the possibility to use the restaurant and in plus all the services, such as rent a boat or the Internet point. |
 Apartment Molo
The owner will leave in the apartment upon your arrival, one litter of milch, coffee, sugar, salt, extra virgin olive oil, and fresh fruit or a cake. There are also available soap for the washing machine and dishwasher. It could be very useful if you arrive late in the afternoon. There are cribs and chairs for babies available on request free of charge. Patty and Maggy the two owners of the hotel, will be always at complete disposal of the guests for information about the area and timetables. We can help you with any problems. The parliament is well furnished and equipped with modern facilities, so that you can find all you need. |

 The position is quiet and green: you will have the possibility to relax during your stay. If you wish in few minute by car, you can reach the small and pretty village of Lezzeno and the bigger Bellaggio. A small river is available next to the apartments Il Mulino, where you can fish, if you are a lover. The beach on the lake is not far from the house, plus the possibility to follow several paths long the mountains behind the property. In Bellagio, there are all kind of shops and restaurants or pizzerie. If you come on the lake, you can not miss to visit some of the marvelous villas, situated on the coast. Villa Serbelloni and Villa Carlotta are just few examples.
Punta Balbianello
With the magnificent Villa Balbianello reconstructed bv Cardinal Durini (1798). Past residence of the italian writer Silvio Pellico.
Isola Comacina
Ancient fortress, ruins of walls and the basilica prior to 1169. Refuge of Vassal rebels and region of naval battles between the countries of the lake allied with Milan against Como. The island was razed to the ground by the people of Como with help of Barbarossa in 1169.
Bellano
Impressive gorge and also interesting the Parish Church of Saints Nazaro and Celso (1348) with frescoes (1530).
Varenna
Ancient characteristic fishing-village; castle of Vezio, last residence of the Longobard Queen Teodolinda. Villa Monastero and Villa Cipressi shold be visited.
Piona Abbey-Piona
Cistercian Abbey (1236-1422); monastery and colonnade with different capitals. lnscriptions from 1257 and 1352. Church of IXth century. |
