All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 10am. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?

Breakfast is included in the price and it is a continental "buffet style". - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
You can set the bill on arrival. All incidentals will be settled upon departure. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
Our hotel staff, besides Italian, speaks English, French and German. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are six floors and we do have one lift. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
