• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included in the price and it is a buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Bill can be settled on arrival by cash or on departure by cash or by credit card.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are eight floors and two lifts in the bulding.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are very nice, the ones on the front of the hotel and those on the garden/pool are very quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some rooms are with terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  All rooms are with balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We do not have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a TV in all rooms with satellite channels in English, German and French.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There is a direct dial telephone in all rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air Conditioning is available in all rooms with no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have an Internet Point in the lobby.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Swimming pool is in the garden and it is open from April to October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  A car park is available in the garden of the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At reception.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, ten minutes walk from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Sorrento town centre is only 500 mt. away.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Napoli Capodichino.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No we do not have a pickup service.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Outside the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Sorrento Circumvesuviana Train Station.
• How far away is the beach?
  The hotel is right above the sea with private beach.
• Is the beach private or public?
  The hotel has a private beach.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No fitness center in the hotel.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, but only in the room.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, the restaurant is right above the sea with a nice view on the Gulf of Naples. The same family owns a restaurant in town called "Parrucchiano" one of the oldest one in the town.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
