 You will find the 12 guestrooms in Hotel La Vecchia Palma, all of them displayed on the first floor of this two-storey villa. There is no elevator to reach the upper floor - as it is a historical construction and it would have altered the charming atmosphere- but for disabled guests a special room can be arranged on the ground level. |
 What really stuns the guests as soon as they set foot inside the chambers is the beauty of the frescoes decorating the walls and ceilings: they are original creations from the Sicilian baroque period. The rooms at Hotel La Vecchia Palma are classified as single, double for single use, double, triple, familiar (equipped for 2 to 4 guests) and the unique suite. The latter comprises two double bedrooms - one with a double bed and one with twin beds - and a bathroom. |
 From any of these units you will obtain a view on Via Etnea street, and the city of Catania. As for the equipment inside the guestrooms, it includes many modern devices that you would not normally imagine sitting side by side with antique furniture and original frescoes: there is wireless internet connection, electronic safe, tv, telephone, mini bar and air conditioning. The windows are thermo acoustical, central heating is provided and there is even a DVD and CD reproducer at your disposal. |
