  Single Room Standard, Double Room Standard, Triple Room Standard, Check In from midday, Check Out before 10am.

  The price is per room (BB accommodations) or per person (HB, FB accommodations).
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, Italian buffet breakfast is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  At the reception we speak Italian and a little bit French and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two floors without elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all our rooms are very silent and quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, only one room has a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, all rooms are no smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is Sat TV in every room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

  No, we do not, but we can manage for our guests on request and with extra charge.
