• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm until 7pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per person, on half board.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, it is a rich buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  We ask for an account at the moment of the reservation.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floors.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are quiet and charming, almost all of them have a balcony.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There are a garden and a terrace around the swimming pool.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, almost all of them.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, on request.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is no need.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is, and it is open during summer time.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, it is.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the airport.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Innsbruck, Verona.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but we can organize one on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Ortisei.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Bolzano.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We have an indoor Jacuzzi and a Finnish Sauna.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small ones on request.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Not for the moment.
