• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm until 10pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The breakfast is included in the room price and it is continental.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, it could be possible but it is difficult to do, as normally there are all extras to add to the room price.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are rooms on the first floor but there are stairs.
  There is any lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes there are quiet rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, the majority of them has terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some rooms have a balcony (French balcony).
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, all rooms can be non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, every room has a satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes there is a telphone in each rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning and it is included in the price.It is seasonal as the hotel opening.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have an internet point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is a swimming pool opened from half March to Fist week of November.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, there is no parking available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Near the hotel at 5 minutes of walking distance there is a car/scooter rental.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are grocery stores nearby.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  We are just in the heart of Malfa village.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Reggio Calabria,Catania or Palermo. But they are in Sicily so at about 3 hours from Salina (1h 30 min by boat and about 1h 30 m by taxi or bus).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No we have not, but we can provide taxi booking.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There is one at 3 minutes of walking distance in the main square of Malfa.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  There is not any railway station.
• How far away is the beach?
  At 10 minutes of walking distance from the hotel.
• Is the beach private or public?
  It is a public beach.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is no fitness center.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes but just the small ones, on request.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is a restaurant.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can connect your modem from the rooms.
