• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Those are half board prices per person, on a double occupancy basis.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, it is, as well as dinner.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak French, Italian, English, German and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floors, with one elevator that reach the 2nd floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our suites are quieter.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some have.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is satellite TV in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have Wi-Fi connection and Internet corner.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have our outdoor parking and we are conventioned with a nearby garage.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the airport.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  It is Turin's.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  It is Sestriere.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  It is Oulx's.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, we have, it is free of charge for the hotel's guests.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.
