  All accommodations, Check In from 12.30pm, Check Out before 10.30am.

  There are 5 floors with elevator.

  Yes, rooms with balcony and lake view are very quiet, private and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, some rooms have a big private terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, most of the rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do, all rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a satellite TV in every room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a telephone with direct dialling in every room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

  Yes, we do. In the lobby there is an Internet point and in all common areas there is wireless connection.

  No, there is not.

  Yes, a large parking place is available.

  You can rent a car in Gravedona (1 km from the Hotel).
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are grocery stores and supermarkets and they are within walking distance.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest village is Gravedona (200 meters) and Domaso (1 km).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Milano Malpensa and Milano Linate are the nearest airports, but also from Lugano Airport is aesy to reach our property.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is Gravedona, Hotel Regina stop, just a few steps from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Colico (15 minutes by bus) is the nearest railway station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, there is a fitness room with treadmill, stepper, fitness bike and multi-station gym.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can (wireless connection) but not from every room.
