| Cancellation Policy | |
To confirm your reservation please we need the number and the date of expire of your credit card as guarantee the first night if you'll not stay in the hotel, (or if you want you can send a deposit on our bank). The reservation can be cancelled until 48 hours before your arrival only by fax or by email. After this term we can use your credit card for the payment of the first night (or you will lost the deposit).
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 48 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
