• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are to be intended per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, prices include buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Bills can be settled on arrival. Nevertheless all extras must be settled upon check-out.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, French, German, Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are eight floors and the building has two elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are soundproof and very quiet; the two suites are particularly romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The two suites have their own private terrace each.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, rooms do not have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All rooms are no smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms feature LCD TV with satellite and Sky channels, also featuring a selection of international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is one in the room and one in the bathroom.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms feature air conditioning and heating, and there is no extra charge for it.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  All rooms have Internet TV or laptop connectivity, while the common areas feature WiFi connectivity.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is no swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, the hotel has a videosurveilled garage.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car via the Reception Desk in the hotel lobby.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The closest airport is the Falcone Borsellino Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Transfers via can be arranged via the Reception Desk.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The closest bus stop is the Turati or Politeama stop, both less than 100 mts from the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The Stazione Centrale (Palermo Central Station) is just 2 kms from the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  The property has no fitness centre, but guests can avail themselves of the possibilities offered by two partnership agreements the hotel has with a gym just 50mts from the hotel and with the Hammam in Via Torrearsa, right close to the hotel, which features Turkish bath, massages and treatments.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, pets are not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, nevertheless the lounge bar features a choice of cold dishes, snacks and desserts.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes; costs will vary depending on usage.
