• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per day including breakfast,taxes and services.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included in the price. Our hotel offer continental breakfast at buffer and American upon request.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The bill has to be settled on departure because of extra charges such us minibar, spa treatments, etc.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  In the building there are 2 floors with one elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All 9 rooms are quiet, private and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Two rooms have a courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Four rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We have only non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Each room has satellite TV and Pay per view TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Each room has direct dialling telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Each room has air-conditioning. It is free.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Each room has internet connection and there is an Internet point in reception.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there isn't a swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a private parking area with agreement with our hotel 200 mt far from us.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In reception is possible to ask for rent a car.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Brindisi Papola Casale Airport, 93 km far from the Hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We have a transfer service from and to the airport with an extra charge.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is in the harbour, 300mt far from thehotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is in Lecce, 40km far from the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  In the Property there are one outdoor and one indoor Jacuzzi tub, a Turkish bath and a small beauty center for massages and total body treatments.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, pets are not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is no restaurant in the property.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, each room has an internet connection.
