• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A buffet breakfast included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Our front desk staff speaks Italian, English, Spanish, French, German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have two floors with elevator to the floor and an adjoinig building.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Rooms in the second floor and in the adjoinig building are The rooms are very quiet. Our deluxe rooms and relax room are very romantic and suitable for special occasions.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some of the rooms have a private terrace (the ones in the adjoining building).
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of the rooms have balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All rooms in Palazzo Failla Hotel are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Rooms are provided with flat screen satellite TV with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a telephone in each room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms are provided with air conditioned. No extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have an internet point for no extra charge.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is no swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes for no extra charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the airport. In the city. Front desk will be glad to help you to rent cars.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Catania International Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, there is a pick-up service for extra charge.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Modica bus Terminal (Corso umberto)is the closest bus stop.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Modica station is the nearest one.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No we don't have fitness center. Some of our rooms have shower with sauna a Jacizzi tub.
• Are pets welcome?
  Pets are not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Gourmet Restaurant La Gazza Ladra.
  Typical Restaurant Locanda del Colonnello.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, there is a modem connection.
