• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 10am, Check Out before 2pm.

  The price is per room.

  Yes, buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak Italian, English, French, German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There is only one floor and there is not the elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, we have some Junior Suites and Suites in a very nice corner of the property with a special atmosphere.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, some rooms have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have no smooking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is Tv sat with international channel.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning and the service is seasonal.

  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is a swimming pool, and it is open from May to October (08.45 am - 6.45pm).

  Yes, we have an outdoor parking.

  At reception.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there is a supermarket very near by.

  The nearest village is Cefalù, 2 km away.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  International Falcone Borsellino Airport, 90 kms away.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Available with extra charge.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest public bus stop is 100 meters from entrance.

  The nearest railway station is Cefalù, 5 km away.
• How far away is the beach?
  We have our private rock beach at 150 mt and there are 3 km promenade of Cefalù sandy beach.
• Is the beach private or public?
  We have private rock beach.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  The fitness center is nearby, but inside are availble Jacuzzi and Sauna.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
