• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm until 8pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per person per day with half board.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, the brekfast is included in the price and it is a buffet brekfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  At the reception are spoken English, German, Italian and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has 5 floors and there is an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all the rooms are quite and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Many of the rooms have a balcony.

  All the rooms are non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a satellite TV in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a direct dial telephone in each room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not as it is not necessary.

  Yes, we have an Internet point.

  No, there is not.

  You can rent a car at 300 mt from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Bolzano but we normally suggest Verona is bigger and is 190 km from the hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we have a pickup service from the airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is Vigo di Fassa 150 mt from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is in Bolzano 45 km or Ora 50 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, we have Sauna and Turkish bath.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is a restaurant in the hotel.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can as there is Wi-Fi Internet connection.
