 In the nice Restaurant breakfast is served from 7.30 to 10.00 a.m.: there is place for everybody and you can find a rich buffet with home made cakes. Our cooking is genuine and accurate. It will be very difficult, even if you book a stay of fifteen days, to eat the same thing twice. |

| Chiavari is a small town where you can find nearly everything: the mediaeval historical centre with its arcades, its shops and lively life; the wonderful buildings Torriglia and Rocca, with its beautiful garden and the fifteenth-century Court Palace, the "Grazie" Church and the neoclassical style Cathedral, which holds many seventeenth-century paintings and a valuable wooden sculpture of Maragliano. Very appealing are also the Antique exhibition and market which takes place in the historical centre of the town every second weekend of the month (in July and August till 11.00 p.m.) and the "Tastes and tradition Market", a market of typical regional food products, especially for those who have a sweet tooth! A few minute walking from the Hotel, there is the pier, from where the tourist ferries to Portofino and Cinque Terre leave. For who loves hiking, here around the Ligurian Apennine offers the wonderful Val d'Aveto Park with the unique Nature Reserve of Agoraie, the "Slate Valley" in Fontanabuona (old caves and museums) and a lot of small old "trattorie" where you can discover local old tastes and smells. |
