  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    For room.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Yes, a rich buffet breakfast is included in the price.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, you can settle the bill on arrival.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    At the reception are spoken Italian and English.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are five floors in the building and there are two elevators.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    All our rooms are quiet, but if you look for something even more quiet we can advise you our suites that are located on the angles of the building and are the quietest.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    Two of our suites that are on the first floor have a terrace with hanging gardens.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    All our rooms, except the suites on the upper floors have a balcony and some of them have terraces.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes, we have no smoking rooms.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Yes, all our rooms have a TV, satellite TV with international channels and free SKY TV.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes, all our rooms have a telephone with a direct dialling.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    Yes, there is air conditioning in every room without any extra charge.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Yes, we do.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    Yes, there is a swimming pool with a Jacuzzi corner and it is open from April to October.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Parking space is available in front of the building. Guests are welcome to use the the Hotel Excelsior garage under payment.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    There are several garages in Vasto and San Salvo. For directions and information ask the Hotel Excelsior reception.
  • Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
    There are two large supermarkets at the distance of 3km from the hotel. Otherwise, there is a little supermarket at the distance of 300m from the hotel in the direction of Vasto.
  • Which is the nearest village or town?
    The nearest villages are Vasto and San Salvo.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    The nearest airport is International Abruzzo Airport in Pescara.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No, we do not have a pickup service from and to the airport. On request we can arrange a taxi.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    The public bus stop is 100m far from the property.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    The nearest railway station is San Salvo - Vasto, 800m far.
  • How far away is the beach?
    The beach is 200m far and our hotel offers you a private subway to reach the beach without having to cross the motorway.
  • Is the beach private or public?
    Our beach is private.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, we do not have a fitness center in our hotel, but we can provide you of special equipment to exercise in your room.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Yes, they are welcome.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    Yes, there is a restaurant in our hotel that is open every day in summer. In winter the restaurant is open from Monday to Friday. When our restaurant is closed, there are many other possibilities to eat out and we can arrange your reservation.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, all rooms in our hotel have internet access via telephone. The ground floor and the first floor are covered with WiFi connection.
