By Plane
The airport closest to the property is International Abruzzo Airport, in Pescara: it is located 80 kilometres from the Hotel Europa, receiving flights from other cities in Italy along with others within Europe, such as London, Barcelona, Frankfurt and Paris. Otherwise, Fiumicino International Airport in Rome is 300 km far from the inn.
By Car
When you leave the Pescara airport, get on SS5 motorway and then turn left in SS16, heading in the direction "A14/ E25". As you come close to Pescara, take route RA12 and go towards Chieti, and afterwards, Bari. Drive along A14/E35 for 57 kilometres and descend at the exit "Casalbordino/ Vasto Nord". Follow the signs for "SS16/ ADRIATICA/ VASTO/ CASALBORDINO/ POLLUTRI/ ATESSA/ CUPELLO" and get on routes SP154 and SP149. You will soon come to SS16, where you must turn left at Via Puccini, continue along Corso Zara and take your right at Via Dalmazia. The third street on your left is Via Itaca, where you must go up to the end of the road and the Hotel Europa will come into view. (This journey takes around 50 minutes).
If you land in Rome and rent a car there, you will have to drive around 3 hours. Get on highway A24/E80 towards "Chieti/ Pescara" and then "Pescara/Francavilla/ Bari", and when you approach Pescara, follow the indications explained above.
By Train
Vasto-San Salvo railway station is placed only 2 kilometres from the property: by bus or taxi you can reach Hotel Europa in around 5 minutes. The bus stops are placed only 30 metres from the inn. From Pescara-Abruzzo airport, you can take the buses to Pescara Centrale station and then a train to Vasto-San Salvo. Moreover, from Rome there are services departing to Pescara on a regular basis (they take around 2 hours and a half to 4 hours to reach their destiny). |
