• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per night in room only.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The breakfast is not included in the price. You can choose the breakfast service directly at the hotel in the morning.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Bills can be settled on arrival, but we advise to do that on the day before departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, French and Italian are spoken at Hotel Duca D'Aosta reception.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building is on 3 floors and have one lift. The same lift. The same lift also serves the levels of garages
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are quiet. The hotel Duca D'Aosta has 13 executive rooms available only on request and extra charge.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Only a few rooms have a terrace or balcony but all have bright windows.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?

  Preference room smoking or not smoking should be required one day prior and subject to availability
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a TV satellite with international channels in all rooms.

  No, there is no swimming pool.

  The hotel Duca D'Aosta have 4 floors of garages.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You may ask at the reception.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Venice Marco Polo (VCE) at 9 kilometers far from the hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  The pickup service from the airport is available only on request before the arrivale day and the cost payable directly at the driver.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop, Mogliano Veneto center, is 100 meters far from the Hotel Duca D'Aosta.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station, Mogliano Veneto, is 150 meters far from the Hotel Duca D'Aosta and it is the best, easy and cheap way to go to Venice center directly in only 15 minutes.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No but the fitness center is 500 meters far from the hotel.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only small dogs are accepted.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No but there are many restaurant, pubs and tavers around the Hotel Duca D'Aosta.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, with the plug of the telephone.
