• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per person per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Buffet breakfast is included and it is served in the new Veranda of our CaféPelèr or in the terrace in front of the lake.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German, Spanish, Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floors and we have lift. On the uppest floor there is our Restaurant.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There are really quite rooms with balcony overlooking the lake, no street in front of it and our garden rooms, with their peacefull garden over the lake.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There is a room with big terrace overlooking the lake and others have private terrace or garden by the lake.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, they do.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  In every room there is a Satellite TV with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is and without extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have an internet point at the reception, free of charge at your disposal.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, we have an indoor pool and it is open from 8am to 12pm.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a free parking. There is also a indoor garage at an extra cost.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in Malcesine. You can ask at the front desk.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Brenzone and then Malcesine.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest is Valerio Catullo Verona Airport, that's is in Villafranca.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we can provide shuttle service free of charge from and to the airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is in Brenzone, 200 meters away.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Peschiera del Garda.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small size pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
