• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per person, per day in half board.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  We do serve buffet breakfast included in the room price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can pay the balance whenever you want. When you book the room though, you'll pay 20% as deposit.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak German, English, Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 5 floors and we do have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, we have romantic room with jacuzzi and four poster beds.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  They do.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  They do.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All the rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all rooms do have a TV. Some satellite channels are available.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is, it is open from 06.30 am till 8 pm.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is an outside parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At 1.5 km from our hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  It is Bolzano at 40km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but we can orgnaize a taxi.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  It is at only 5 meters.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  It is Bressanone at 35 km or Bolzano at 42 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  There is a sauna, a turkish bath, a bio sauna, a neipp, a gym, a jacuzzi and a massage and beauty treatment centre.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, we do accept dogs up to 10 kg (extra charge).
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is, reserved to hotel guests only.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, there is a normal analogic line in your room.
