• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Room price includes breakfast in our bar on the 1st floor.
  Our breakfast includes: milk, coffee, cappuccino, the, fruit juice, orange juice, multivitaminic juice, croissants, bread, marmelade, butter, cereals, biscuit-bread.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Our receptionists speak italian and english. Some of them speak also french and spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Our property consists of main floor and three room floors.
  We do not have elevator (lift) but, if needed, you will be helped by our personnel in taking your luggage upstairs.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are quiet and private. They have been finely furnished to offer a serene and relaxing environment.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, they do.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Each room has its color TV. Some of our rooms have international channels too.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Each room has its direct dialling telephone. Guest just has to make it activate at check-in.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Each room has air conditioning, 12 months per year, and it is included in the room price.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not. But at just 3oo meters from our property you can find one of Naples most famous Internet-points.
  If you need to urgently use Internet, you can use our main office connection.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  A private parking is just at 200 meters from the Hotel and you will have a special discount thanks to our agreement with it. More information at the reception.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car both at Naples International Airport (Napoli Capodichino) and at Napoli Centrale railway station gate.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Napoli Capodichino. We are just 15 minutes far from it (by taxi or bus).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we have this kind of service, but it is not included in the room price.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  We are on the left side of Naples buslines main terminal, in Piazza Garibaldi.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway stations is Napoli Centrale, just 500 meters from the Hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We have a nice solarium and a roof where you can take a pleasant rest beneath Naples sky.
• Are pets welcome?
  Just small pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you cannot.
