• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 10.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per person per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included in the price and it is a buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Bill can be settled on arrival, usually it is settled up the evening before departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Following languages are spoken at reception: fluently German, Italian and English, some basic French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The hotel has 3 floors all served by lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There are two types of rooms, depending on how large they are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, some of our rooms have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  All our rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All rooms are non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All our rooms have satellite television.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms have central heating, there is no need of air conditioning in Alps.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Most rooms are served by our wireless network, there is also a Internet point on the main floor.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a free outside parking available, also with extra charge covered parking (garage).
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent cars in Bolzano Bozen, at the airport and in the centre (downtown).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Bolzano Bozen, which is 40 km away.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is 500 metres away, we offer free pick up service on arrival.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Ponte Gardena Waidbruck (20km away - local trains only), all trains stop in Bolzano Bozen (40km).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  You can use sauna, biosauna, steam and kneipp bath, they are included in the room rate. We also have an infrared physiotherm cabine at your disposal for free. Extra charge for solarium and jacuzzi.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, it is open daily for dinner and on request for lunch.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Most rooms are served by wireless network, in those which are not you can connect your modem.
