• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  All price are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is always included in rooms price and it is a buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, the bill can be paid on arrival or in departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Hotel Clarici has 3 floor and an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We have some very quite rooms, since they are situated in the back of the building.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, our rooms have not a terrace or courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Most of rooms have a little balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, a satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, with O you can get the line.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning and it is free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have an internet point for guest at the reception.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, There is a swimming pool fare from here only 1 km.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, we have a private parking with an extra charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car also at Spoleto.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Peurgia 60 Km from us and Roma 180 Km from us.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can arrange this service on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  P.zza della Vittoria, just in front of us.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Spoleto Station, only 600 Mts from Hotel Clarici.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, free of charge, in rooms with balcony and they are not allowed in the Breakfast room.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  We do not have a restaurants, but there are many restaurants in the nearby that have a special price for our guests.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
