From 29 to 15 days before arrival: 50% of reserved services. From 14 to 6 days before arrival: 70% of reserved services. From 5 days to arrival, no shows and advance departures: 80% of reserved services. We refund the entire deposit sum in cases of verifiable serious circumstances.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 720 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
