Hotel had made an error with booking although voucher confirmed our needs. We wanted 1x double and 1x twin but got two doubles which was not appropriate. Hotel rectified and we got 3x doubles but if our son had been younger (he is twelve) we would have not been happy for him to be in a room on his own. He should have shared a twin room with his grandmother. Hotel staff accepted their error and made the changes without any fuss but it did waste time very late in the evening. ... It was a lovely hotel with helpful friendly staff.Stayed one night on way through to Tuscany. ... No parking and not easy to find a parking space close to the hotel and street parking was busy. Might be a nuisance with young children or less physically able persons. ... Excellent accommodation and helpful, interested staff.

The man on reception when we arrived was very helpful & friendly. ... Really enjoyed our short stay at the hotel. We could not fault it in any way. ... Excellent. We would recommend it to others. It was very clean & comfortable. Excellent value too.
