• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  At the reception we speak Italian, English and a little bit German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two floors: all rooms are at first floor; hall, breakfast room and TV - reading room are at groundfloor. There is not the elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, some rooms are romantic and overlooking the sea.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, the rooms have a balcony with a little table and chairs.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, the rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have no smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is seasonal air conditioning in every room and it is included in the price.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have free Wi-Fi Internet connection.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, the parking is free on the street side.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at Pescara railway station or at the International Airport.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, you can find a grocery, 200 meters away and a big store, 300 meters away.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest town is Pescara, 1 km away from the property.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Abruzzo International Airport, 9 km away.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is Cavour, 100 meters away.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Pescara Centrale, 1 km away from the property.
• How far away is the beach?
  The beach is at 20 meters.
• Is the beach private or public?
  The beach is private and in front of the hotel. The beach is equipped with sunshade and deck chairs.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not but there are a lot of seafront restaurants. They are reachable by foot in few minutes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can connect by free Wi-Fi Internet connection.
