    All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    Prices are per person.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Continental and traditional Italian breakfast is included.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes you can.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    Italian, German, English.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are 4 floors and there is an elevator.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Yes, there are.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    No, they do not.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Yes, they all have a balcony.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    All rooms are no smoking, we have a smoking are at the bar lounge.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Yes they have satellite TV.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes there is.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    No there is not.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Yes in the hall.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, there is not but you have free access to the nearest swimmingpool (200 mt).
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Yes it is.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    Just 9 km far from the hotel.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Verona (200 km).
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No, we do not but we can suggest you the cheapest shuttle bus from and to the airports of Verona and Orio al Serio.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    200 m. from the hotel.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Bolzano, 50 km.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    We have a Spa, with Turkish bath, sauna, thalasso and a beauty centre as well.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Yes they are.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    Yes, the restaurant "De Tòfi".
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes it is possible from most of the rooms.
