• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The price includes breakfast at buffet, served from 07.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. and as a request it is served directly into room.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The bill can be sold at guest's arrival or directly at their departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  The Reception is able to speak, beyond the mother language, English, FRench, German, Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The Hotel is at the fourth floor with elevator for guests.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Rooms are all quiet, unsounded, and very comfortable.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, but rooms have a little private balcony.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, rooms have a little private balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have both rooms are for smockers and no-smockers.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms have TV Lcd with link to SKY Italian cable TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  In each room, there are telephones with direct line, internal and extrnal.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All ten rooms have air-conditioning.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Guests have free access to internet point or directly by wi-fe system in their rooms.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is no swimming pool.
  
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a parking center and garages nearby.
  
• Where can we rent a car?
  You may ask at the reception.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Capodichino Airport is the closest one.
  
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We may organize a shuttle service as an extra request.
  
  
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Via San Carlo, going out from the Gallery Umberto I.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Mergellina is the closest railway station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Same rooms have a jacuzzi Bath.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, only small size pets are allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is no restaurant in the property.
  
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, there is the Wi-fi connection.
