  Some rooms do have a balcony.

  There is air conditioning in the room and it is included in the price. The hotel is open all the year.

  No, but we have an office in the center where you can do internet point.

  No, there is no swimming pool.

  There is a free parking at 700 mt and we have also some boxes auto near the hotel (extra charge).

  Yes, we can organize shuttle service.

  There is a bus stop just 10 minutes by walk, near the parking.

  No, there is no fitness center in the property.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets are allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is one just 2 minutes by walk from the hotel.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you cannot connect your modem from the rooms.
