  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per person.

  The buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Bills can be settled on check-out.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  German, English, French and Italian are spoken at Hotel Antares.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building is on 5 floors with one elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, the rooms are all quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they have not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, most of the rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we have only non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, every room has Satellite TV with national and international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, every room has a telephone with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Selva Val Gardena is at 1.600 meters above sea level and air conditioning is not necessary.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, there is an Internet Hot Spot Wi-Fi.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is indoor swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there are a private available garage with extra charge and an outdoor parking free.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Cars can be rent in Bolzano, 45 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest Airport in Italy is Bolzano Dolomiti Airport or Verona Valerio Catullo Airport. Innsbruck Airport in Austria.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not have a pickup service from and to the airport. On request we can arrange for taxi o minibus to meet you and take you to the airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  To the Selva Val Gardena-Bolzano line, the nearest bus stop is 100 meters away.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Bolzano.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  In the Property there is a wellness centre with sauna, steam bath, whirlpool, invigorating showers, solarium and fitness room.
• Are pets welcome?
  Pets are not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can do it through the normal phone line.
