• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 1.00 p.m.

  The price is per room per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, Continental Breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and a little German and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floors and there is a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are quiet, private and romantic with sea view.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Most of our rooms have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  All rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a TV in all rooms, but no satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, at an extra charge of 10 Eur per day.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we have not but there is one m.500 far.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, free parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In the hotel there is a rent a car service.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there is a little supermarket m.200 from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Positano km.4; Amalfi km.7; Ravello km.12; Sorrento km.18; Pompei km.34 and Napoli km.60.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is in Naples. "Capodichino".
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, on request with an extra charge.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Local bus-stop is in front of the hotel. The principle line bus-stop is m.300 from the hotel on the main road.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is in Salerno.
• How far away is the beach?
  15 minutes on foot. Every hour there is a local bus to go there with bus-stop in front of the hotel.
• Is the beach private or public?
  The beach is public.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Not yet. We have only a Junior Suite with Jacuzzi.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
