• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2.30pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per person per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included and it is a continental breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, of course.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  German, English, French, Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 5 floors and there is a lift in the building.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are quite private.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, the do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Not all the rooms.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

  Yes, we have wireless Internet connection plus an Internet point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes only in the afternoon from 2 pm till midnight.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes with extra charge.

• Which is the nearest airport?

• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.

  Livigno in front of the ski school.

• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, we have an a la carte restaurant.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
