• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  All rates are per room, per night, with buffet breakfast included.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The buffet breakfast is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, the room bill can be settled upon arrival - all extras will however have to be settled at departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Our staff speaks fluent English, French, German and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 5 floors in the building, and they all can be reached by elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are quiet and private. Some rooms are with balcony, church view and no smoking. On request, we can assign rooms or Suites with four-poster beds, which create an even more romantic atmosphere.
  
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some rooms have wonderful terrace with church and square view.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some rooms have wonderful balcony with church and square view.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  There is an entire no-smoking floor.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is satellite TV in every room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Every room has direct dialling phone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is free air conditioning in every room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  There is a free Internet point in the lobby.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is no swimming pool inside the Hotel, but there are several public swimming pools in the neighbourhood.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a private garage 150 mt away for a daily extra fee.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Some rentals are in the airport, the closest downtown, just some minutes walk.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The three closest airports are Genova (GOA) at 50km (31 miles), Milano Linate at 85km (53 miles) and Milano Malpensa at 120km (75 miles).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  There is a shuttle bus N°100 Volabus that leaves the airport every 20 minutes and stops just in front of the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In front of the Hotel door.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  There are 5 minutes walk from Principe Train station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets of all sizes are welcome.
  
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but severals nice typical restaurants are just five minutes walk from the Hotel, we will be happy to suggest you the best of them.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, all rooms offer Internet connection via modem.
