We had a very enjoyable stay at the Hotel Helios and would recommend to friends and family. The location was superb, near to all amenities with spectacular views across the bay.

The baths are very small and could be difficult for people with mobility problems. In general the rooms are very comfortable but would benefit from modernisation/re-decoration.

Ideal location with fantastic views across the bay and out to sea, friendly staff, rooms comfortable and very clean. You will be assured of a very happy stay.

I pay more as I needed an extra room. But at the end it was better price for the 2 rooms.

As we had booked several guests at different times and names were similar. There was confusion at the reception desk
Mr Walton, when he arrived, was asked to share a room as they stated they did not have a room for him and then I was told that his room had been waiting for him and empty the first night.
On my arrival my room had been given to another member of our party and he had to be moved, all when we were very tired after the Genoa boat show.
