  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    Check in is after 3 p.m. and check out is by 10 a.m.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    Price is per room.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    The buffet continental breakfast is included in the rate.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, you can.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    Italiano , English, Francais, Deutsch, Espaņol.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    We have three floors and elevator.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    All the our 15 rooms with private balcony or terrace sea view are really quiet and romantic.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    We have 11 rooms with private large terrace sea view, 4 Rooms with private balcony sea view and 5 standard rooms with hill view.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    We have 11 rooms with private large terrace sea view, 4 Rooms with private balcony sea view and 5 standard rooms with hill view.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    We have not special no-smoking rooms but the hotel is continually renewed.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    In all the rooms there is TV with some international channels.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes, there is telephone with direct out side line in all the rooms.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    Included in the service all the rooms have air conditioning in the summer period.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Not in the property, but at 100 mt there is a public Internet point.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    At the moment we have not swimming pool, we have private rocky beach.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    On reservation with extra payment we have in-side garage parking or out-side parkingat 100 mt from the hotel .
  • Where can we rent a car?
    Directly at the reception is possible to have information to rent a car.
  • Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
    Yes there are many supermarkets and stores near the hotel.
  • Which is the nearest village or town?
    We are directly in Santa Margherita Ligure.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    The Genoa airport is 35 km far from the Hotel.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    On request we can organize all the taxi tranfer with special rates.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    The local bus stop is at 70 mt from the hotel.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    The Santa Margherita Ligure-Portofino railway station is only at 200 mt from the hotel.
  • How far away is the beach?
    We are directly on the beach.
  • Is the beach private or public?
    We have private rocky beach included in the hotel service.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    At the moment we have not fitness center in the property.
  • Are pets welcome?
    We are sorry but we can not admit pets in the hotel.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    We have a restaurant in the property with different management.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, youo can connect your modem directly from your room.
