  The price is per room.

  Yes you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have 3 floors and no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are private and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Most of our rooms have a little terrace, but not all.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of them do.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a sat TV in each room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioning is included in the price.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not have.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not a swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We park our guests' cars in a private parking for an extra fee.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the desk.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, 50 m. from hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is in Naples.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can organise private trasfers with an outside company.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Nearest bus stop is at 50 m.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Nearest railway station is Salerno.
• How far away is the beach?
  The beach is at 50 m. away.
• Is the beach private or public?
  It is part private and part public.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, it is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes you can.
