  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before midday.

  The price is per room.

  Yes, you can.

• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 lifts and 3 floors.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms are very quiet, and the suite is very romantic with the four poster bed and hydro-massage tub.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  A lot of rooms (about 30) have private terrace over the green Umbria valley.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The suite has a lovely balcony for two people.

• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, each room with satellite tv.

  Yes, the air conditioning is in each room, at no extra charge.

  We have a free Internet point in the hotel for our guests.
