  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am.

  Bill are settled on departure.

• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The hotel is divided into 3 separate blocks on one floor. There is no elevator
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.

  Each room has its own romantic terrace/balcony.

  Yes, there is TV in the rooms.

  Yes, the rocky beach of the Hotel is equipped with a sea water swimming-pool and a hydro-massage.

  No, but we have a shuttle service from the harbour to the hotel.

  The hotel is on the sea.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Private.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small animals are admitted, but must be mentioned at time of booking. Extra charge.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, the restaurant is "La Cala dei Fenici" which serves typical island specialities.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
