The hotel was exceptionally loud and I couldn't sleep all night due to the traffic outside and no sound proof windows.

I asked to prepare a non-smoking room. Although I reconfirmed to the receptionist that our room would be non-smoking one on check in, smell of smoke was adhering in the room and there was a ash tray on the table.
Why is there any ash trays in a NON-SMOKING.
How strange!

The rooms are a lot bigger than you expect or see from the website pictures. You really must have better details on how to get to the hotel though, they were layed out in a very confusing way.
