• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  American Buffet Breakfast is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floors. Yes we do have 3 elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, the most of all.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The 50% of the rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The 50% of the rooms.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes. A satellite TV with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes. It is necessary to dial 0 for the external line.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes. It is free of charge. It works from May till October.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes. It is opened from April till November.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes. In our garden.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Catania International Airport or directly in Hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Catania International Airport
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, with an extra charge.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Taormina.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Taormina - Giardini Naxos.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small size.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  There are two restaurants. "Il Dito e la Luna" is the main restaurant opened every day for lunch and dinner. "Il Giardino di Bacco" the pool-restaurant opened from April till November only for lunch.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, but it is necessary to dial 0 for the external line.
