  Check-in: after 02.00 pm.

  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No. Full American Buffet Breakfast is not included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have 5 floors and the rooms are from 1st to 5th floor (with lift).
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all our rooms are quiet and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they don't have it.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some rooms have balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, of course.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes,TV with satellite dish rediffusion featuring a number of channels including pay-per-view films, fax/modem connections fax, VHS video player and CD stereo, upon request.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

  Linate Airport: 7 KM, 20 minutes by car.
  Malpensa AIirport: 45 KM, 45 minutes by car.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but we can reserve a private Limousine Service.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Just, in front of hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Central Station 2 KM, 7 minutes by car.
  North Station: 3 KM, 10 minutes by car.
  
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  There is a fitness area surrounded by wide glass windows allowing day lighting.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, Caruso Restaurant and Don Carlos Restaurant.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, fax/modem connections.
