everyone friendly and helpful although when we tried to put the car in their underground garage there was not enough clearence and the underside of the car was scratched. We kept it above ground and the porters would move it around to give us a secure parking space

I was initially disappointed with the room. Although it had a fantastic view it was quite spartan and basic considering the price. However it was comfortable and clean and I had no real complaints. There are very few rooms with a bath at this hotel and that was disappointing.

The position next to the ferry terminal was a big asset.

Great little extra, the lobby provided umbrellas for all the guests if it rained!!!

Fantastic, most beautiful location. Wonderful hotel with breathtaking views. Would definately return there in the future.
