Grand Hotel Menaggio is located in the lively and at the same time lovely town of Menaggio, right in front of Bellagio. In the area, there are many restaurants, bars and shops, so that you have all you need n a short walking distance. The are some boutiques and shops next to the front door of the hotel. Banks and chemists are also available. |
By Car: coming from the highway, A9, from the north, Lugano or the south, Milan, you have to take the exit Como Nord. Then follow the directions to Cernobbio and Menaggio: you have to go straight on the lake street. When you reach Menaggio, the hotel is at the beginning of the town, on your right side. It has a private parking.
By Train: the nearest railway station is Como San Giovanni. From there, you can decide to take the ferry boat to Menaggio. If you prefer we can organize a transfer to the hotel, at an extra charge.
By Plane: the nearest airport is Milano Malpensa. From there , we can arrange a pick up service, or if you prefer you can take the bus to Como and then to Menaggio. If you arrive at Linate, you can rent a car and reach the lake, in about 1 hour or you can take the train to Milano central station and then to Como. |
