• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Buffet breakfast included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, French, German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 5 floor and 3 elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all our rooms are very quiet and very romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some rooms do have a private balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, all our rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed in the public areas. Smoking is only permitted outside of the hotel. For safety reasons, we kindly ask to dispose of all cigarettes buts in the appropriate ashtray.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV with satellite channels in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a direct dialling phone in all rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning, free of charge, in all rooms/public areas.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is an in-door pool open from 10.00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking free of charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Pallanza centre.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, within 200 meters
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Pallanza.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Milano Malpensa airport (64 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do, on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Downtown (0,8 km).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Verbania, 7 Km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, there is a fitness/beauty center with sauna and wellness center.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, but in the respect of all the other guests of the Hotel small size dogs (max. height 25 cm.) are accepted at the cost of Euro 15,00 per day and medium size dogs (max. height 55 cm.) are accepted at the cost of Euro 25,00 per day. Dogs (max 1 per room) are not admitted in the public areas of the hotel, with the exception of "La Terrazza" Bar and Garden.

• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
